user-searchable message repository. Users have self-service
access to any of their archived messages so e-mail
administrators are free to minimize mail-server storage

server software.

repository of new and old messages either onsite, offsite or
both. Even during a major system outage (e.g., fire, flood),
with just a browser users can have immediate access to even
